Hello, lonely sauciers!!! I'm here with a very special announcement: Version 0.11 of Saucy Suitors is now available! This update adds the first romance route to the game... Kikkohito Sho, aka the soy sauce salaryman!!!

Holy yikes. It took me nearly a year to do this, and tbh, this really isn't a finished product yet - there are a lot of CGs and additional graphics I wanted to include, but haven't done yet. I plan on adding the final art assets in a future update, but for now, approximately 95% of Sho's route is finished and available for you to play RIGHT NOW!

You may remember that I wanted to get this out at the end of February - three months ago! - but ran out of time. Back then, I said it would likely be ready during April, and... well, that didn't happen. Why, you may ask? Well. It's because it took me three months to finish the last 4 backgrounds. Not because they were any more complicated or difficult than any other background, but because I just didn't have the time to work on them. Since February, I've bought a house, moved, did a ton of repairs to that house, traveled twice, started a podcast, continued to have a social life, bought a puppy, and dealt with health issues - all while still working 40 hours a week. Whew!

And I knew this would happen, which is why my original self-imposed deadline was the end of February. A big sorry to everyone I left waiting for an extra three months, and a big thank you for being so patient!! More than a year after NaNo 2018, and the game finally has new content! (Man, I feel bad typing that...)

I'm incredibly proud that I was able to complete this and I want to thank everyone who helped me, gave me feedback on art, beta tested the game, or even just left a positive comment. EVERY time I get a nice comment or a high star rating, it makes me feel motivated to keep working on this project. YOUR FEEDBACK MATTERS TO ME, and I want to hear it!

I read all of your thoughts and answers and QUITE a few of them have inspired improvements to the game, so please don't hesitate to share even your smallest nitpick!

Please don't feel pressured to give me anything, especially considering that this is far from being a final product yet.
